Mike Skinner has hit everyone with a couple of holiday treats in the form of two new tracks. Titled ‘Burn Bridges’ and ‘Sometimes I Hate My Friends More Than My Enemies’, the two cuts find Skinner returning to his grime and garage roots. At that point having been reincarnated for the second time, the sound which originally picked up after the 90s style of speed garage and had it’s origins in the Sheffield nightclub Niche, took the UK by storm.
It girl Jorja Smith can truly do no wrong at this point as she has knocked out song after song, not only displaying a high level of versatility but practically owning every style with poise and grace. Having gained fans of their sound which includes BBC Radio 1 Presenter Annie Mac, Brighton group Sea Bed have released their EP ‘The Art of Living’. The four-song offering is a delicate and gentle gliding of soul, UK garage, electronica and pop.
