Glasgow’s Nightwave is scheduled to release her ‘Sanctuary’ EP on February 2nd via Fool’s Gold. Having previously shared the song ‘Limelight’ back in November, she now unveils the title track to the upcoming record. Grabbing elements of techno and creating an experimental alchemy of electronica, the tune still packs a punch for the club whilst simultaneous existing as a soothing soundscape.
Canadian producer and DJ A-Trak has built a reputation of genre-bending and exploration, whether Hip-Hop, disco or experimental electronica. Stepping back into the position as a solo artist, the Fool’s Gold Records co-founder now travels down the road of electro/synth-pop with his song “Push” featuring Andrew Wyatt of the Swedish indie group Miike Snow. There’s no doubt in our minds that EL-P and Killer Mike’s “Run The Jewels” album was one of the best Hip-Hop records of 2013. The duo have now dropped an official video for the self-titled track, which is highly animated (no pun intended).
