Loose and casual meet flamboyant and sophisticated at a specific point, with piece including ball trimmed Chelsea boots, wrap tops, patterned silk twist shirts and printed silk dresses. The 2016 Spring/Summer campaign by Alexander Wang is one star-studded packing. Shot by Steven Klein, the fashion company have called upon twenty one artists, musicians and models to participate. The list includes AlunaGeorge, ILoveMakonnen, Alice Glass, Travis Scott, Lexi Boling, Vic Mensa, Binx Walton, Lucien Smith and loads more. The concept behind the campaign is to document each creative in their own particular New York environment. The new collection features women’s bomber jackets with new overlays, tailored striped trousers, oversize parkas and fringed hemmed mini-skirts.
The Alexander Wang H&M collaboration has been the talk piece in fashion for a number of months now. The wait is soon over as the collection will finally land in stores worldwide on Nov. 6. At their Coachella party, Swedish company H&M announced a new guest collaboration with American fashion designer Alexander Wang. The collection will hit 250 stores around the globe on November 6. This will mark the first collaboration from a designer from the US. H&M’s creative director Margareta van den Bosch stated, “Alexander Wang is one of the most important voices in fashion today.
