American/Australian duo Surf Rock Is Dead make their return with a new tune entitled ‘In Between’. Laid-back in a cooling-out manner, the hazy dream pop cut is embedded with traces of 80s new wave, ripe with lush guitar play and reverb-tinted vocals. The track is follows their self-titled EP which dropped last year.

Touching on the song, SRID member Kevin Pariso wrote:

“It’s a song about going back to where you’re from and not feeling like you belong anymore yet not feeling perfectly in place where you currently are.”
