Wye Oak are gearing up for the release of their fifth album The Louder I Call, The Faster It Runs, landing April 6th on Merge Records. The new work will be available via digital outlets as well as special edition beige and blue vinyl. The pair have also shared the title track of the album. An ambitious recording constructed of twinkling sonics layered over skittering drums and bending guitar strums, singer Jenn Wasner skates around the experimental soundscape, ultimately creating an unorthodox and utterly captivating piece of work.
