Toronto’s Breeze has unleashed his killer track ‘Hard Boiled Wonderland’, taken from his upcoming album Only Up, landing August 26th on Hand Drawn Dracula. Building on the hybrid sounds laid down by groups such as of Primal Scream, Happy Mondays and The Orb, ‘Hard Boiled Wonderland’ is an exciting whipping of rave, post-punk, synthwave and electro, perfectly combined on top of an unstoppable groove that is must-play by any DJ of any well noted club…anywhere! ‘Hard Boiled Wonderland’ is the follow-up to Breeze’s previous cut ‘Come Around’.

Breeze has also shared accompanying visuals to ‘Hard Boiled Wonderland’ which you can check out below.

Touching on the track, Breeze mentioned:

“‘Hard Boiled Wonderland’ is an important track to me because it was the first song on the album I put vocals down for. I essentially found my “new voice” which ends up dominating the record. I really love the energy of this track so much. Lyrically it’s the only song that isn’t about anything specific. It’s a complete stream of consciousness style of writing as a result of the early stages of the pandemic and feeling extremely existential which ends up making the song quite nihilistic while still anthemic.
