Squid Share Their New Track ‘Broadcaster’

Aside from having one of the top EPs of 2019 with 'Town Centre', in 2020 Brighton band Squid released their grooving single 'Sludge'. Refusing to slow down the momentum, they now bring forth their latest track titled 'Broadcaster'. Once again proving that musically they are one of the most diverse bands out today, Squid delve into the realms of psychedelic and synthwave, as a sequenced synth line lay atop spacey layers. There is also an element of drone incorporated into the production which flows without drums. Another killer offering, the track is taken from their 'Sludge/Broadcaster' pack, which will also land on vinyl via Warp Records on June 26th.

When it comes to music on the heavier sound of punk, drone and more, NYC punk duo Sharkmuffin have no problem delivering it to the fullest. With their new album 'Tsuki' landing May 5th via Little Dickman Records, the Brooklyn band have shared a new song entitled 'Scully Is A Sharkmuffin'. BlackFawn ‘Generations 14’ Video

Having relocated from Malta to Berlin, duo BlackFawn merge drone, goth and new wave, creating a sound that is right up our alley. A while back the pair unveiled a video for their single 'Generations 14'. Haunting like the song itself, there is a DIY spirit about the vid that features a black cat roaming about, trippy effects and a lo-fi vibe that gives it the feel underground performance art.
