Listen to Blondie’s ‘Long Time Remixes’

Dropping their eleventh album ‘Pollinator’ last month, music icons Blondie have now released the official remixes to their single ‘Long Time’. Grabbing the right producers for the job, enlisting Hercules & Love Affair along with Johnson Somerset, these reworks are definitely aimed to the club circuit. Whilst provide a hedonistic instrumental ride of funked-out nu disco, Johnson Somerset takes it straight to the big room of the club with his succulent dance option that is also chart-striving.

As music legends Blondie gear up for the release of their new album ‘Pollinator’, they have shared the video for their latest single ‘Long Time’. Still maintaining their undeniably cool factor, the band perform the track in sometimes stark black and white clips whilst other scenes feature shots of NYC. ‘Long Time’ is directed by Dikayl Rimmasch. Blondie Will Release ‘Fun’ Remixes

Music legends Blondie will drop their 11th album ‘Pollinator’ on May 5th. The upcoming LP features guest songwriters including Sia, Dev Hynes, Charlie XCX and more. The band’s first single ‘Fun’ (co-written with Dave Sitek) was released last month with an accompanying video. Blondie will now unleash a remix package to the track. Enlisting Greg Cohen to deliver a sleek disco rework along with Richard Barratt aka Crooked Man raising the temperature with a hedi, spaced-out 4×4 dub as well as a more soulful disco fire-off, the remix pack will land March 17th via BMG.

Blondie ‘Fun’ Video

It’s amazing how a band like Blondie can release their first album in 1976 and in 2017 still sound better than most groups out currently. With their upcoming album ‘Pollinator’ scheduled to land in stores May 5th, the group have shared the video for their track ‘Fun’. With Debbie Harry still looking incredible, black and white clips of the band performing the track coincide with a girl having an orgasmic experience whilst at a party. Check it out.
