Known for their punchy sound of industrial, post-punk and dark electro, Athens band Mechanimal now unveil their third LP Delta Pi Delta, which is out via Inner Ear Records. Adding vocalist Eleni Tzavara to the group, the new recording reflects the inspiration drawn from the band’s journey into the outskirts of Athens, absorbing the aesthetics of Greece’s magical landscape. Brilliantly delivering moody traces of new wave, indie and dance, while still driving their industrial signatures, Delta Pi Delta is the Mechanimal at their most streamlined and entertaining.
