Jazzanova to Release ‘The Remixes 2006-2016’

Jazzanova have played an intricate part in helping to build the nu-jazz, broken-beat scene in the early 2000s, with careers that actually span back to the 90s. As a collective, and frankly some of the best to do it, their 2002 LP In Between was a game changer, meshing together everything from soul, house, future jazz, broken beat, Hip-Hop and more. The Berlin crew also founded the label Sonar Kollektiv which has been responsible for releasing cutting edge tracks by artists such as Clara Hill, Micatone and more.

Jazzanova are currently gearing up for the release of their new reworks album entitled The Remixes 2006-2016. Restructuring songs by Hugh Masekela, Atjazz, Heritage Orchestra and more, the LP is scheduled to land March 24. Pumping out immaculate and soulful production, The Remixes 2006-2016 is another milestone for the producers/DJs/musicians.
